ARC150 Push-Pull Arc Spray System
Overview
A complete push-pull arc spraying system combining our NEW ARC150 pistol and Model 500 Amp Energiser.
The ARC150 is similar to the pioneering ARC145P pistol, the ARC150(19) Push-Pull system utilizes all the benefits that industrial additive manufacturing bring; lighter design but incredibly strong.
The ARC150 provides both application and production versatility; a lightweight pistol for maximum operator comfort and a newly designed compact heavy-duty industrial drive system to allow flexibility for long supplies.
Designed with state-of-the-art features and options, the energisers sophisticated control technology enables quick and easy switching between closed loop and open loop spraying. The display screens show clear and concise details for parameter feedback. These details are monitored at over 500 times/sec to enable superior coating results.

Arc Spray Process
Arc spray (sometimes referred to as twin wire arc spray) is a process that uses an electric arc to melt wires.
The molten metal is then atomised with compressed air to create a spray stream that applies the coating onto the surface being sprayed.
Anti-corrosion or engineering coatings can be applied by arc spray and changing between the two is quite simple.
Arc spray systems are commonly considered to be easy to operate and also to automate.
Metallisation have a full range of arc spray systems for hand-held and fully automatic / robotic applications.
