Vertical/Horizontal Programmable Traverse Unit
This affordable, single axis traverse unit is designed for thermal spray applications. It supports Arc Spray, Flame Spray, Plasma Spray, and HVOF pistols. It has a rigid traverse bed running on a double precision vee slideway. Driven by a mainenance free 250W AC inverter motor with encoder feedback for accuracy.
It has a high load capacity and smooth, reliable operation using a simple to operate had held controller and teach pendant. The remote control of the spray pistol can be programmed using the teach pendant. This allows the spray to be switched on or off as required during the traverse cycle and also allows component cooling when needed.
The Traverse Unit has a 1200mm standard traverse length, with other options available.
